Welcome to Sticky Paws Homemade Dog Food. By accessing our website and purchasing our dog food products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.


1. Health and Nutritional Disclaimer
Our products are formulated for healthy dogs. Individual nutritional needs vary. You must consult your veterinarian before switching diets, especially if your pet has pre-existing health conditions or allergies. We do not guarantee specific health outcomes.


2. Orders, Pricing, and Payments
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order. Prices are subject to change. You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information.


3. Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal
If you sign up for a subscription plan, your payment method will be charged automatically at the frequency selected (e.g., monthly). You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account. Cancellations must be made 10 days before your next scheduled shipment to avoid being charged for that cycle.


4. Shipping, Returns, and Perishable Goods
Because our dog food is a perishable item, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for food products due to safety and health regulations. If your order arrives damaged or contaminated, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof for a replacement or refund (see our Return & Refund Policy for more information).


5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, [Insert Company Name] shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, pet illness, veterinary bills, or loss of use) arising out of the use or inability to use our products. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

Sticky Paws Return & Refund Policy

 

At Sticky Paws Homemade Dog Food, we want your pup to love their food! If something isn't right, we are here to help.



Return Window (We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase date):



My Dog Won’t Eat It

  • Full refund or exchange – even on opened product. No need to send anything back; a photo of the bag and your receipt is all we need.



Unopened Product

  • Unopened, sealed bags of our dog food can be returned for a full refund (with receipt) to your original payment method or store credit.


  • The product must be in its original packaging and within its expiration date.


  • Customer covers return shipping unless it was our mistake.



Opened Food (Our "Happy Pup" Guarantee)

  • We understand that some dogs are picky eaters or have sensitive stomachs. If your dog refuses to eat the food, we accept returns on opened bags within 30 days of purchase, provided that at least 75% or 3/4 of the food remains in the bag.
  • Opened returns qualify for [store credit / an exchange for a different recipe / a full refund].



Damaged or Wrong Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, torn, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at orders@stickypawsdogfood.com with a photo of the issue. We will ship out a replacement immediately at no extra cost to you. Online orders start via your order confirmation number.



Quality or Safety Concern

  • Full refund plus a free replacement, always. Please have your lot number and expiration date on hand – this helps us investigate and improve.



Return Shipping Costs

  • For Choice Returns (Changed your mind/Picky eater). The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. 
  • For Mistakes/Damaged Goods: Sticky Paws Homemade Dog Food will provide a prepaid shipping label.



Shelter Donations

  • Instead of paying to ship an opened or unwanted bag back to us, you can donate the unused portion of the product to a local rescue shelter, we will issue your refund/credit upon proof of a donation receipt.



How to Initiate a Return:



Find Your Proof of Purchase

  • Your receipt, order confirmation email, or photo of the product with its lot number. We keep it easy – you won’t need much.


Reach Out to Us

  • Contact our team online (orders@stickypawsdogfood.com) or by phone (901-616-3730) with your order number and the reason for the return. Tell us what happened – we’re here to help, not question you.


Choose Your Resolution

  • Refund to your original payment method, an exchange for a different recipe, or store credit – your call.


Done

  • Online refunds process in 5-7 business days. We’ll follow up to make sure everything was sorted.

Note: For safety reasons, we safely destroy and dispose of all returned, opened food items. We frequently partner with local animal shelters to donate safe, unopened returns.
